How to Request a Refund

Simply email us within 14 days of your purchase with your order number or transaction ID and the email address used for purchase. You do not need to provide a reason.

Refunds apply to paid licenses only. The free tier is not eligible as no payment is made.
Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded regardless of the 14-day window.
