14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with ChatXport for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@chatxport.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number or transaction ID and the email address you used for the purchase. You do not need to provide a reason.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Gumroad.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for genuine software defects that we are unable to resolve. To request a late refund, email us with a description of the issue and any relevant details (error messages, screenshots, steps to reproduce). If we confirm the defect and cannot provide a fix or workaround, we will issue a refund.
Support Renewals
The optional priority support renewal ($20/year) is non-refundable, as it covers an ongoing service. If you have concerns about a support renewal charge, contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
What Is Not Refundable
- Purchases older than 14 days where the Software is functioning as described
- Priority support renewals
- Purchases made with a stolen or unauthorized payment method (these are handled as chargebacks by Gumroad)
- License keys that were shared with or used by unauthorized third parties
Exceptions
- Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded regardless of the 14-day window.
- If we discontinue the Software entirely and stop providing updates, all customers who purchased within the preceding 12 months will be offered a full refund.
